What type of apartments are available?
We have 3 x one bedroom and 9 x two bedroom apartments for sale off the plans.
These are all freehold unit titles.
What are the prices?
The one bedroom apartments start from $429,000.
We have 2 sizes of the 2 bedroom design and these start from $539,000 with a carpark included.
What deposit is required?
A deposit of 5% of the purchase price is required after the contract becomes unconditional. This is paid into a solicitors Trust Account and is held there for you. The contract is fixed price so no cost increases after you sign up.

When will these apartments be ready?
Block 31 will be completed mid 2021 and Block 27 will be 3rd Quarter 2021.
What appliances supplied with the apartment?
The apartment comes with an induction hob, oven and rangehood and heat pump as standard. There is an appliance package with washing machine, fridge, drier and dishwasher available.
Can I choose the colour scheme to the interior of my house?
You are able to choose the interior colour scheme from the range supplied. The carpet, curtains and kitchen bench top selected by you.
What are the apartments constructed of?
We have 2 Blocks of apartments with 6 apartments in each.
They are constructed of quality materials by experienced local builders and have brick and weatherboard exteriors. They are fully insulated homes with timber frames and double glazing to all windows and doors.
What are the Body Corp costs?
Each apartment block will have it's own Body Corp run by Auckland Property Managers who are professional Body Corp Managers. They have estimated the annual Body Corp fee to be in the order of $3,600 per year for a 2 bedroom apartment.
Where will I park?
All the 2 bedroom apartments come with their own single carpark. A small number of visitor parking will be provided on the street.
Can we keep a pet?
Yes, with the approval from the Residents Association and the relevant Body Corp. Please refer to the Association Rules if you plan to consider having a pet.
Can I purchase this property as an investment?
We don’t sell to investors. Our aim is to enable first time buyers to achieve home ownership.
What is the heating provided?
A heat pump is provided in the living area.
